Certificates, declarations and test reports are held in a compliance library, linked to the parts and suppliers they cover.
Adding a document
- Open the compliance area and add a document.
- Set its type — declaration of conformity, material certificate, test report, supplier declaration.
- Link it to the parts or suppliers it covers.
- Set issue and expiry dates.
Expiry tracking
Documents approaching expiry are flagged, and notifications can warn the owner. This is the difference between finding out during an audit and finding out beforehand.
The public compliance page
Selected documents can be published to a public page for customers and regulators — commonly required for consumer products. Publication is per document and deliberate; nothing appears publicly unless someone chooses it.
Anything published is publicly reachable. Confirm the document contains nothing commercially sensitive before publishing it.
Email [email protected] and a person will pick it up. Include the part number and what you were doing — it saves a round trip.
