Compliance data on parts
RoHS, REACH and material compliance as structured fields.
Compliance status is held as structured data on the part, not as a note. That means it can be filtered, rolled up and reported.
What's tracked
- RoHS — compliant, non-compliant, exempt or unknown
- REACH — SVHC status and declarations
- Prop 65 — where it applies
- Conflict minerals — where declared
- Country of origin
- Supporting certificates as attached files
Rolling up
Because it's structured, an assembly can report its compliance position across every part beneath it — and more usefully, list the parts where status is unknown. That gap list is the actual work.
Keeping it current
Certificates have dates. Set review dates so an expiring declaration surfaces before an auditor finds it.
Still stuck?
Email [email protected] and a person will pick it up. Include the part number and what you were doing — it saves a round trip.
