An evidence pack assembles what an ISO 9001 auditor asks for, generated from the vault as it actually is rather than compiled by hand the week before.
Generating one
- Open ISO 9001 Evidence under Administration.
- Set the period — usually your audit window.
- Set the scope: all projects, or specific ones.
- Choose Generate pack.
What's included
- Controlled documents and their revision history
- Change history across the period
- Vendors, agreements and supplier access records
- Numbering and traceability
- BOMs, work instructions and drawings
- Testing records
- Access control and the audit trail
Output and archiving
A branded PDF with Excel appendices. Packs are archived so you can compare cycles, and the same period and scope always produce the same pack — useful when an auditor asks about a previous year.
Evidence, not certification
The pack is evidence drawn from your records. Being able to produce it is not the same as being certified — certification is between you and your registrar.
