The dashboard is what you land on after signing in. It's built around one question: what needs you today?

Action items

Things waiting on you specifically — approvals sitting in your queue, changes assigned to you, and anything overdue. If your name is on it, it appears here. Clearing this list is the fastest way to unblock other people.

Activity

A running feed of what's happened recently across the parts and projects you can see: revisions released, files checked in, changes raised, comments added. Useful first thing in the morning to catch what moved overnight.

Administrator pulse

Administrators see an extra panel: subscription status, how many seats are in use, and how much storage the vault is consuming. Worth glancing at monthly — it's where you'll notice you're approaching a seat limit before it becomes urgent.
